Elegance Key Designs: Women's Fashion · E-commerce Case Study

Multi-channel e-commerce growth across Meta, Snapchat, Google Ads and TikTok — combined with a full server-side measurement build (Web GTM, Server GTM and Conversions APIs) so paid growth decisions were backed by reliable tracking, not guesswork.

The Challenge

Elegance Key Designs, a women's fashion and abaya brand selling direct-to-consumer in Saudi Arabia, needed to grow paid acquisition across multiple platforms at once rather than depending on a single channel.

The objective was to build a scalable multi-channel acquisition system while maintaining reliable e-commerce measurement across every major advertising platform in use.

The Plan

The approach paired platform-specific media strategy with a shared measurement foundation, so spend decisions on any one channel were backed by the same reliable conversion data.

  1. Meta: primary scalable acquisition and catalog/conversion activity.
  2. Snapchat: major scalable acquisition source combining broad-audience prospecting, catalog-driven sales campaigns and an awareness & engagement layer, with strong purchase performance.
  3. Google Ads: high-intent demand capture, efficiently.
  4. TikTok: experimental channel used to test incremental reach.

What We Did

Underneath the media plan sits a full server-side measurement build: browser events fire through a Web GTM container, which forwards conversion data to a Server GTM container, which in turn distributes events to each platform’s server-side API alongside GA4 — keeping conversion reporting reliable even as browser-based tracking degraded across the industry.

Ecommerce events — PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout and Purchase — were implemented in parallel through Meta Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, TikTok Pixel and GA4, each mirrored server-side through Conversions API / Events API integrations.

  1. Meta: Purchase events reached a 7.7/10 Event Match Quality score, with Conversions API reporting 33.3% additional conversions compared with Pixel-only measurement.
  2. Snapchat: Conversions API reported 185.7% additional conversions compared with Pixel-only measurement, with Purchase deduplication (Client Deduplication ID / Transaction ID) reaching up to 100% coverage.
  3. Purchase events were aligned across browser and server tracking using shared event identifiers to reduce duplicate conversion reporting.
  4. Server-side event coverage and deduplication were established successfully, while some Snapchat event-quality diagnostics remained areas for continued optimization.

The Results

During the primary reporting period (21 Jun–21 Jul 2026), paid media generated 206,117 SAR in attributed sales from 23,721 SAR in spend, delivering an 8.7x overall ROAS. Paid advertising accounted for 66.4% of total store sales, while AOV reached 979 SAR, up 31.6% year over year.

Meta led channel performance with a 10.92x ROAS, followed by Snapchat at 8.17x and Google Ads at 7.77x. TikTok remained an experimental channel at 0.95x ROAS, so the focus stayed on optimization rather than scaling.

Performance remained strong in later, platform-specific reporting periods: Meta reached 15.71x Purchase ROAS (7 Jul–5 Aug 2026), Snapchat reached 15.85x ROAS (1 Jun–6 Aug 2026), and Google Ads reached 36.75x conversion value/cost (24 Jun–6 Aug 2026).

On the measurement side, Meta reported 33.3% additional conversions through Conversions API versus Pixel-only measurement, while Snapchat reported 185.7% additional conversions — improvements in reported conversion coverage, not claims of equivalent revenue growth.
